Changes to the child dental benefits scheme

Provides dental services to children between 2 and 17 years of age and allows elligible children to claim up to $1000 of dental care per calendar from dental services including private services.

Bulk billing services will mean no claim form needs to be completed. A bulk billing private dentist means that there is no wait list for a public dentist and the clients will not be out of pocket.
