Child Development and Trauma Impacts - Information for Parents and Practitioners

Children are different and each develops at their own rate. For some children and adolescents the trauma and stress of being homeless or experiencing family violence can affect their development. The following information will highlight some of the milestones which children and adolescents generally experience at certain stages and how trauma may impact on their development. There are also some tips and activities that can help you to support a child
