This booklet, produced by the Statewide Children's Resource Program, may assist you to help a child through their experiences of family violence and/or homelessness. It contains children's stories in their own words and pcitures.
Homelessness and/or family violence can have a serious impact on a child's mental and physical health and overall developmental progress. It is important to remember that only the person choosing to use violence, in any form, is responsible for the resulting effects of that violence.

Brokerage Information 2016-2017

The Brokerage administered by the Statewide Children’s Resource Program has been refunded for the 2017-2018 financial year. Applications are now open.

This Brokerage Project, funded by DHHS, extended with the National Partnership rollover, is a wonderful addition to our program and we have been very impressed with the way people have thought creatively about how this money could support children within families they are working with.

Please read the Brokerage Guidelines and contact Susie Lukis for the 2017-2018 application form.

We know this money has made a very positive difference to the inclusion of vulnerable children in education and in their community.  We thank you all for using this money to improve the lives of children experiencing disadvantage. Please pass this onto your teams and colleagues.

As well as the bokerage, please continue to use us as a resource for children in the Inner and Outer Eastern area. Our group work continues as previously and we are always open for referrals.
